How long does it take to deliver products?
We usually take 3 to 7 working days to deliver the product within India, based on the location in the country. We charge a minimal amount for shipping

Shipping to Bangalore?
We can Dunzo the product to you if that is the preferred mode of shipping. We will get in touch with you after you place the order and get your product delivered as soon as we can. In this case, there wont be a shipping charge added through the website. Instead, you will have an additional Dunzo courier charge

Received a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product, please email us at oldandchiccommunity@gmail.com with a picture of the product. We will make sure that you either get a refund or get a similar product since most of our products are unique and are available in 1 quantity only.
Please note that natural distinctions that are not product flaws will not be considered as damaged. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handicrafts.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Don't like the product or changed your mind?
Please email to us at oldandchiccommunity@gmail.com with the details within 2 days of delivery and courier the product to our address, carefully packed. Once we receive the product, we would inspect it and issue a coupon for the same price within 10 days of return. You can shop using the coupon anytime in the future.
